The Reel Cellar is a high-end, underground wine movie theater, which was inspired by my love for wine and film. The logo is made up of a cluster of grapes made of movie reels which is also printed on the paper system. This paper system includes the business card whose front replicates the top of a wine barrel, along with letterhead and matching envelope. Also included are signage, the popcorn bag design, wine box, and pages from the brand book.
Dana Cakes is a small third generation own bakery. This bakery does traditional cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, which is why the logo is designed by using the traditional doily shape. This traditional shape in combination with using soft colors creates a modern feel to represent this traditional bakery in the modern era.
Canela Mexican Spiced coffee is a beverage company that specializes in flavored cold brew coffee. The name Canela, meaning "cinnamon," is derived from the use of both flavors: Horchata and Mexican Mocha, being spiced with a touch of cinnamon. Inspiration for the font label comes from Mexican folk art known as “papel picado” – which is hung as a decoration during Mexican holidays. As opposed to the round bottles used for cold brew coffee, this is a more unique shaped bottle masked by the label that uses the “papel picado” representing the Day of the Dead. This particular design gives our product a stronger and bolder look
The ‘Pyramid ’ typeface was devised by using a square grid for each letterform. The typeface was inspired by Egyptian pyramids and hieroglyphics. This fictional chocolate bar, Pharaohs, puts the typeface to use on a black and gold wrapping

On The Road
Jack Kerouac’s adventures depicted in his novel, On the Road, inspired the elements used in this book cover redesign. The cover of the book is more conceptual, using only black, yellow, and grey to represent the road. This road not only serves as a concrete image, but also represents the paper coming out of the typewriter as his story unfolds. The use of a typewriter and this symbolic road create the conceptual image of Kerouac’s creation of his cross country trip with friends.
New India menu
Rebranding for New India, a locally owned restaurant that serves exotic-home made yet-familiar dishes, includes a new logo and menu design. The logo is nested inside of a traditional palace roof shape with a red dot in the center representing the bindi. This dot is also indicative of the tittle in the letter "i" of the word India while the coloring used throughout the menu is to symbolize the color of the bindi.
The goal of this project was to design a topic-specific book for light "coffee table" reading. Inspirations from the TV show Mad Men, allowed for the creation of a comic book about Don Draper’s affairs. This comic book also includes a center spread of Don's Don’ts.
